As the year draws to a close, we’ve been reflecting on the many things we have to be thankful for in the New Year and beyond. We’ve also been looking back at some of the exciting things that occurred during the past 12 months. Here is a brief look at some of the highlights experienced at Southern Surgical Arts and by our patients in 2015:
Ignite Red. Thank you for supporting us as we raised awareness for Go Red for Women during American Heart Month last February. Women’s heart health is a topic that is very important to us, as so many of us have family and friends who have been touched by heart disease. As we gear up for another fundraising campaign in February, we want to extend a hearty “thank you” for all you did to help us achieve our goals for promoting heart health in 2015. We hope we will have your support in promoting heart health awareness again in 2016!
New technology and treatment options. As many of you know, we love adding new cutting-edge technology and treatment options for our patients. Each time we add a new mode of treatment, we are able to provide more possibilities for helping our patients feel beautiful and confident. In 2015, new technology allowed us to help patients love the chin they’re in, achieve high-definition, sculpted results through abdominal liposuction, and reap the benefits of an ablative and non-ablative laser during the same treatment for beautiful, glowing skin. We can’t wait to see which amazing new treatments we’ll be able to offer in the New Year!
Best of the Best…again. Even though this is the sixth year in a row, Dr. Carey Nease is just as excited to be named the “Best of the Best” Cosmetic Surgeon as he was the first time. And Dr. Deal was equally thrilled to be named a finalist for the fifth consecutive year. To be recognized for an award like this, with winners chosen by community members, means so much to us. Thank you for your ongoing support and loyalty. We couldn’t do any of this without you!
No-Shave Nooga. 2015 was not only a time for focusing on heart health, we also put a spotlight on cancer research with our inaugural No-Shave Nooga fundraising campaign. Inspired by No-Shave November, participants in No-Shave Nooga let their hair down and gave up “manscaping” during the month of November to raise awareness about cancer and raise funds for cancer prevention and education. Thanks to everyone’s efforts, we were able to support a variety of organizations right here in our own community.
From our families to our community to our amazing patients, we at Southern Surgical Arts were blessed in so many ways during the past year. We hope to make 2016 equally as significant—making a positive impact on our community and on the lives of our patients all year long.
THANK YOU for your continued support and loyalty. Without our patients, friends and families, we could not do all that we do. You are important to us.
Have a wonderful holiday season and a Happy New Year from all of us at Southern Surgical Arts!
